In Russia, there is a nasty culture of alcoholism and you may get attacked by gopniks, wherever you go. Westerners don't really have a clue of the culture of alcoholism in Russia. My family grew up during the Soviet Occupation. My parents didn't know anyone who wasn't an alcoholic. Government pushed alcohol onto the people. It was given as a payment to workers. Every holiday was tied to alcohol. You MUST drink in order to celebrate. If you don't, you may get beaten up because not drinking vodka was seen as "offensive". Sadly, the soviet generation hasn't gotten over this alcohol culture and they keep doing what they did during the old days.

Australia expanded sanctions against Russia. Heads of regions, artists and propagandists fell under the restrictions

55 persons and 37 organizations were included in the list of sanctions.
