If a particular soldier was documented as having committed specific crimes that reflect poorly on your country, then you allow him the dignity of his due-process in your country’s criminal justice system.

If your country’s justice system is so corrupt that a demonstrated war criminal can expect to go unpunished, then you do YOUR duty and change your country from the inside.

Whether honorable or dishonorable, a soldier who returns home from a fight at his country’s direction deserves fair and just treatment at home. Executing mob “justice” on a returned soldier is something done only by worthless shits who deserve shelter in NO country.
