There's a couple of differences,
1st being the radar dome section,
2nd being the fuselage section directly opposite it & 3rd being the sections on the portside / left wing section.
Personally, I would have attacked the wing section where it joins onto the aircraft as firstly you would more than likely rupture the fuel tanks & hopefully make the bird blow up using its own weakness area against it being AV GAS or Aviation Fuel Cells that are located in that area.
Attacking the radar dome isn't really the best option IMO, as you can swap them out using a crane & they don't store fuel like the wings so you wouldn't do much damage to the plane itself.
Also punching a hole through the fuselage is an easy fix as it's just a few electrics that get damaged & the skin is made up in sections that they can just swap out so no real biggie there.
Fuel tanks are the way to go as the only time that they are completely empty is when they get transferred to the "Bone Yard" so to hit the wing area with fuel in it would be .
1 Drone to punch a hole in the wing & if it doesn't go up it would certainly loose some fuel & that's where No 2 Drone comes into play, send it to ignite the AV Gas & watch it burn.

Apparently Solovyev was in Ugledar/Vuhledar recently and there was an attempt on his life. I've included a video from that trip of him saying something about marching to Berlin.

The village is near Bakhmut, where only about 5,000 of 70,000 residents remain and which has seen some of the bloodiest attritional fighting of Russia's year-old invasion.

* Ukraine’s armed forces said Russia keeps concentrating its main efforts on conducting offensive actions along the Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Shakhtar parts of the frontline.

DIPLOMACY AND SANCTIONS
