Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread
You're. Upset. You just didn't like my answer. And I'm not going to hold your hand, I think you should marinate in all this for a bit until you sober up. Tactical retreat my ass. This is what happens when a bunch of pissed off, motivated well-led troops launch themselves right into the correct area and the enemy already doesn't want to be there. Deal with it and stand there and bleed like a man |

Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread
Why on earth would I be angry I was just given an early birthday present lmao. These Russian Telegram comments are straight fire. What's funny is they're actually laughing at how ridiculous this is right now. Some of them want to kill that Russian MoD green uniform guy for his constant lies. A few Russki channels disappeared and a few renamed themselves and are doing non-war stuff now. Literally left the chat.

You all are still going at it. What are we all going to do when this war is over?

Re: Russia/Ukraine War Discussion/thoughts Thread
Yes, the claim by Russia to take Kyiv and win the war in three days is most definitely legit and well documented. I'm thinking that a huge part of Russia not taking Kyiv is the fact they were ill prepared, low moral and their convoys kept getting stuck in the mud. Not to mention all the personnel swapping, resupplying. I remember distinctly news of the 40km Russian convoy being "delayed" for at least a couple weeks. Is it being implied that Russia didn't take Kyiv because Russia was worried about Kyiv's citizens that Zelenskyy didn't evacuate? ![]() If the answer is yes, I call absolute runny bull shit. They didn't have a problem with civilians in Bucha and other places dying. (Not saying that to get into a debate about alleged war crimes either) Perhaps Zelenskyy had information that none of us did and didn't see the need for an evacuation of the civilians. Whatever the reason he didn't evacuate them... was correct. To me, there have been blunder after blunder by Russia. Putin and his grandiose delusions led to the deaths of tens of thousands of people on both sides. That's what sucks the most. EDIT: apologies, I know commenting is not really allowed here, but I couldn't resist this one.
