That's what I was thinking. But supposedly that came from the Lithuanian defense minister, who apparently got it from the Turks. Not that big of a time difference, both of those places.

The son said that the cruiser was hit from the land, from the Ukrainian side. It just wouldn't fire. There are dead, there are wounded, there are missing.
