It about two different hospitals. Thx to all the aid money, Gaza has one of the highest hospital densities of that region. Its a bit confusing.

The Journalist with terror affiliations up to the Sinwar brothers was taken out inside Nasser hospital. A low yield drone entered the hospital room where he was identified (likely through a window) and got remotely detonated.

The high profile terrorist meeting was in an underground compound below the European Hospital in Al-Fukhari (neighborhood or camp near Khan Yunis). Its called European Hospital, cause it was funded by the EU, likely including the underground terror complex. The tunnels also reach below neighboring areas.

The name for the upcoming IDF offensive in Gaza was choosen to be 'Gideons Chariot'. Ask Grok for the Hebrew context. Some channels indicate its about to roll, since Hamas refused to release the 10 hostages until deadline passed. Alot air and drone strikes were reported with lots of Gazan casualties.

We've seen the IDF troop concentrations of the past days, now some seem to be going into Northern Gaza Strip. Whether Israel truly started a major operation to occupy Gaza remains to be seen. It might still be a bluff to get concessions from Hamas (freed hostages).
