France will not arrest war criminals, at least not from Israel. Probably because they would be complicit as France were selling weapons systems knowing that they would be used against densely populated civilian areas, hospitals and schools. This makes sense and it is also the reason why the US got pretty upset about the arrest warrant

France doesn't deliver weapons to Israel since 1967. They put up an arms embargo just days before the Six Days War broke out. Since then Israel never trusted France anymore. Before that, Israel heavily relied on French arms and fighter jets (Mirages). After that happened....almost nothing.

The reason France ignores the arrest warrants: They're hilarious. Imagine a hostile force attacks a country. The defender fights back and gets arrested for this. Cause the attacker just hides inside own civilian infrastructure^^

Its literally impossible and never happened before. The right of self defense among nations is a holy thing. Also Israel is no member of the ICC, it shouldn't have jurisdiction in the first place. The court just empowerd itself. A big nogo.
