Yep, I can see the bullet hole in the back of her head clearly now... but sometimes a bullet to the head doesn't mean death, which is why they may say its a "serious head injury" cause the poor girl somehow survived lead to the brain.

Also realised her arm looks fucked too, broken leg .. broken arm. I hate to think of what they did to this poor girl ..
