Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Discussion Thread I (2023)
Due to of all the footage of injured and deceased children, I'm throwing in a feel good clip. A Palestinian journalist tickles a baby that survived one of the shellings.

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Discussion Thread I (2023)
The sad thing is that there are a lot of innocent people dying because of religion, politics and hatred. Business as usual then.

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Discussion Thread I (2023)
Two Overseas Filipino Workers are confirmed dead. Their deaths both occurred on October 7, 2023. 33-year-old Angelyn Peralta Aguirre, who was a nurse by profession and native of Binmaley, Pangasinan, and her elderly patient, Nira, were both shot to death by Hamas. She and Nira fled from the latter’s home to a bomb shelter in Kfar Aza. She was given a chance to leave the bomb shelter, but she decided to stay on Nira’s side, so Hamas killed both of them. She got married recently. I don’t have antemortem photos of Nira. Meanwhile, 42-year-old Paul Vincent Manalad Castelvi, who was a caregiver by profession and native of Barangay Juliana, San Fernando, Pampanga, was killed in a bomb shelter. He was still in touch with his wife when he and his companions took shelter from a barrage of rockets. His last conversation with his wife took place at 9:30 A.M., when someone was knocking on the door of the bomb shelter, and it was Hamas who abducted him. He was then executed elsewhere, where his body was found. His wife is about to give birth to their first and only child later this year, sadly Paul will not be able to see his child. Also, he was about to go back home to the Philippines in December this year to surprise his mother. I decided not to post a photo of Paul with his wife with respect to her privacy. The second and third photos of Paul are his parents. My deepest condolences to the families of the victims. |

Hamas is blaming Israel for the war saying its a psychological war waged by them. Blind to their own actions. Enjoy an injured Palestinian father and son.

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Discussion Thread I (2023)
What I don't get about Hamas is, they say the war is against the jews or occupation (blah blah) but then why did they killed the other non-jews that had nothing to do with it like the Thais, Filipinos etc? This where they lost me and killing civilians at the Music Festival was in my opinion a very stupid PR move especially babies. So now they look like every other terrorists out there. |

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Discussion Thread I (2023)
To Hamas, the non-Jews that live in or visit Israel are just as bad as the Jews. To Hamas, a Muslim in Israel, respecting the sovereignty of the Israeli state, is just as bad or worse than a Jew. To Hamas, the entire world should observe their version of Islam, or die. |
