And vocal. If CAG had been given the Abottabad mission, like its objective said it should, we’d never have heard any of their names. SEALs got the mission, so we got a handful of books and a guy on a news network whose chiron always starts with “Navy SEAL Who Killed Bin Laden Says…” |

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Discussion Thread I (2023)
Just…. wow. I’m not even sure where to start with your misinformation and misunderstanding. I guess, first, it’s kinda crazy that you don’t realize that the Israelis are indigenous to that land as well. In fact, the Jewish religion predates the Muslim religion by like a thousand years. Christianity and Islam are both Abrahamic religions, birthed from Judaism. The Jews and Muslims fought over that land for almost two thousand years before the Brits came in and took it. So, when you’re talking about “needing to go back further”, how far, exactly, do you mean? Do you mean that we should go back before the Brits, but not so far back as when the Muslims took it from the Jews? Is that where we’re supposed to stop the clock to suit the narrative your anti-Semitic media handlers handed you? Seriously, how can you be so ignorant of history and still insist on having an opinion on it? The Brits took Palestine- which was cohabitated by Muslims and Jews at that time. The Brits owned it, rightfully in accordance with all the laws of war that we’ve observed since we were swinging clubs and living in caves. When the Brits decided they didn’t want to be responsible for it anymore, they divided it up (albeit awkwardly) between the Muslims and the Jews - and, again, since this is apparently the first time you’re hearing it- BOTH Jews and Muslims were living there at the time it was divided up, AND at the time Britain took it. Seriously, the reason that we’re doomed to similar shit-shows in the future is precisely people like you who just refuse to gain even a basic understanding of anything that happened before today. Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Discussion Thread I (2023)
Dude. The Palestinians attacked the Israelis in 1948. The Palestinian and Israeli territories became official at 12am on 14 May, 1948. By 0200, the Arabs were already on the attack, trying to take the land that was given to Israel. Saying things like “ The UN partition was too generous to the Palestinians for Israel taste” just makes you look silly and completely ignorant. The Arabs attacked Israel, time and time again, and, every single time, got their asses smoked by the Israelis. Israel boxing in Palestine is a responsible defensive posture after nearly a century of constant attack. If Israel were truly playing “by the rules”, there would be no Palestine, no Lebanon, Jordan would be about half the size, and the Sinai peninsula would belong to Israel. The only reason we’re still dealing with this is that Israel has been entirely too generous with the Islamic aggressors surrounding them. |

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Discussion Thread I (2023)
What do you have to say about the atrocities committed by Hamas? Well, every rebel group committed atrocities during their struggle against their oppressors. I was laughing out loud, ya this is the "oppressors" response of proportionate atrocities back at you. They strong you weak end of story. |

Re: ISRAEL/PALESTINE Conflict Discussion Thread I (2023)
Some people are talking about what "should" happen next. That's irrelevant. The reality is what is going to happen next, and that's going to be the complete destruction of Gaza. We'll be talking about this for years to come, but Gazans should say "bye bye" right about now
