Something strikes me as SFX and not actual attacks. ISIS is known for having pretty decent editing teams. These look a little too Hollywood, and their targets (?) almost look like conveniently empty streets; probably because it's harder to fake bodies flying than to use SFX to cast dust/shockwaves. Are you sure this is actual drone footage and not someone's showreel?

Remember Timothy McVeigh and the Murrah Building bombing in Oklahoma City? That was just with a box truck and some fertilizer. Organizations like ISIS have access to some pretty sophisticated shit, it would appear.

ISIS is about as dumb as a bag of bricks. Just literally everything they do makes no sense. From threatening the rest of the world, when they are scared to leave their caves. To destroying their own peoples' homes in an attempt to scare them into submission. The middle east is indeed eating itself apart. Which is why I find it humorous that the US feel it necessary to inject itself into an already suicidal land.
