You are probably right ,a lot of Indian Labourers work in Dubai but its specially Indian Muslims who go there as because Muslims in India ( Even in Pakistan ) are generally into the Construction business both contractors and laborers compared to the percentage of Muslims In India. Same with chefs Indian Muslims chefs are undeniably great.There are mix and exceptions everywhere but broad generalization are Sikhs are into Drivings , Indian Bengalis in academics, South Indians In Engineering ect.
