Hey Bill how have you been? I don't know if this is correct but to answer your question why they don't retrain theses guys is probably because they are different sects. Isis members are Sunni and the Iraqi soldiers are probably Shia and both of these sects absolutely hate each other.

How are you ? It's been a while since we've conversed, I'm still digging graves. Probably will be until somebody has to dig mine. I understand that there are fundamental differences with both sides in Iraq, but a people that can convince you to strap C-4 to yourself to kill as many as possible, should be able to rewrite somebody's mind. If you can convince a man to suicide/mass murder, you should be able to convince him he's a purple pony !
