Incident happened on 5th Jun'18 when a Sepecat Jaguar aircraft of the Indian Air force flown by an Air rank officer (1 star general equivalent) crashed at around 1030 hrs during a routine sortie. The jet crashed close to a grazing cattle field in the nearby village. The jet took off from Jamnagar airbase at 1000 hrs. Pilot was KIA while no other human casualty were reported in the accident. Cause of the crash is under investigation.

Raw footage was shot by the nearby villagers few hours into the crash. Skip to 0:38 to see what can be described as the ear lobe of the pilot along with a portion of the remaining skull.

Footage also covers several dead cattle & mangled remains of the jet scattered all around.
