This happens because they send US troops overseas and force us to abide by ROE. Next time they put American souls on the line, revoke the ROE and let us loose. We play by the rules but our enemy doesn't When will our government pull their heads out of their asses?  |

The worste part to me was the inability to breath in conjunction with the struggle of trying to surface.... Once you suck in the water, you dont have that long till you start to black out..

He may have had a chance (although with brain damage) if those cockbags quickly performed CPR and tracheal intubation and he wasn't under more than 5 minutes, but I doubt that. That poor bastard was obviously in full on respiratory arrest and that gagging/foaming was merely agonal respirations from hypoxia.
