Yes it's real, there's a vid on here that includes other deaths as well as the Monty Pythonesque killing with the rock, I can't find it though. That clip of the kid was for effect, it was done as if to say you kill our kids then we kill you, the full context can be seen if I knew where the original vid was at, sorry Simone.  |

He has a nose/ear bleed, not vomiting blood. Most likely sustained multiple skull fractures. Also a fresh bruise is visible on his left cheek, indicating facial fractures. |

Not quite "Vomiting" but exhaling. The shattering of your facial bones would cause instant hemorrhage in your sinuses (maxillary, frontal) filling you upper airway with blood. Of course his skull is total cracked and his brain is swelling. But the bleeding in from his sinuses -- down his throat -- into his trachea and then out. |
