Woman Medevaced from Crown Princess Off San Diego
A Coast Guard Air Station San Diego aircrew medically evacuated an ill 74-year-old woman from the cruise ship Crown Princess on April 17, 2024, about 200 miles west of San Diego. The medevac used an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter from Coast Guard Sector San Diego, with a flight mechanic handling the hoist cable.  ·
