Ever Forward Container Removal in Chesapeake Bay
A 45-foot Response Boat-Medium boatcrew from Coast Guard Station Curtis Bay in Baltimore enforced a safety zone on April 10, 2022, around container removal operations for the grounded container ship Ever Forward in the Chesapeake Bay. Ever Forward departed Baltimore on March 13 for Norfolk, Virginia, when it grounded with 4,964 containers aboard. Approximately 500 containers were expected to be removed.  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·  ·
