Coast Guard Rescues Two Teenage Hikers on Mount Verstovia
A Coast Guard Air Station Sitka aircrew rescued two teenage hikers from Mount Verstovia in Sitka, Alaska, on May 6, 2023. The MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter aircrew hoisted the hikers and safely transferred them to the air station, where they were met by family members.
