Coast Guard Rescues 2 After Aircraft Down Near Greenville, NC
A Coast Guard Air Station Elizabeth City MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter crew rescued two survivors from a downed aircraft on May 5, 2023, near Pitt-Greenville Airport in Greenville, North Carolina. The crew arrived on scene, safely hoisted the two survivors, and took them to ECU Health Medical Center in Greenville.
