Coast Guard Rescues Two 218 Miles East of Cape Hatteras
The Coast Guard rescued two people Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022, from a disabled 46-foot sailing vessel about 218 miles east of Cape Hatteras, North Carolina. The vessel, Big Adventure, was participating in the Salty Dawg Caribbean Rally from Hampton, Virginia, to Antigua when it struck an object, causing rudder failure.  ·  ·
