Coast Guard Rescues Mariner Off Boynton Beach
A Coast Guard Cutter Spencer (WMEC-905) boat crew rescued a mariner from his capsized vessel about 35 miles off Boynton Beach in the Florida Straits on April 6, 2025. Coast Guard District 7 watchstanders had received the initial report of an overdue vessel from the Royal Bahamas Defense Force. The man was found standing on top of the capsized vessel. No medical concerns were reported.  ·  ·
