Coast Guard Medevacs Man South of Port Fourchon
An Air Station New Orleans MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter aircrew medevaced a 56-year-old man from Helix Producer 1, an offshore floating outer continental shelf facility about 95 miles south of Port Fourchon, Louisiana, on Feb. 17, 2023. The report said the man was experiencing kidney stone symptoms.
