Coast Guard Medevacs Cruise Ship Crewmember Off Tampa
An MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter aircrew from Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater medevaced a 34-year-old crewmember from the cruise ship Serenade of the Seas on Mar. 10, 2022. The medevac was about 80 miles off Tampa. The Coast Guard said mariners should have reliable forms of communication for emergencies.
