Coast Guard Medevacs 2 from Crown Princess Off Hawaii
Coast Guard Air Station Barbers Point aircrews consecutively medevaced two men from the cruise ship Crown Princess about 50 miles off Cape Kumukahi, Hawaii, on Oct. 5, 2024. The two men were experiencing health problems aboard the ship. An MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew transported one patient to Hilo Medical Center in Hilo.
