20 Cuban Nationals from Anguilla Cay Transferred to Bahamas
On Friday, June 6, 2025, a Coast Guard Air Station Miami HC-144 Ocean Sentry aircrew flew over Anguilla Cay, Bahamas, to deliver food, water, and supplies to 20 stranded Cuban nationals. The crew of USCGC Walnut (WLB 205) arrived on scene and rescued the 20 people before they were processed for disposition. They were transferred to Bahamian authorities June 10, 2025.  ·  ·  ·  ·
