The one with no video is me at a karaoke bar doing the "Karaoke version" of Dream On which jumps to the chorus instead of finishing the bridge after the first verse and also eliminates the somewhat long musical interlude between the second verse and the chorus.

The one with the video of the band is my performance of "Enter Sandman" at a charity drive for Burmese refugee youth in Indiana. The guitarist, Van Zt, is a great guy who I met at a singing contest at which I got beat for the first time - he did "You Shook Me All Night Long" and some Journey tune and didn't miss a note. We became friends after that and have jammed together at various events ever since.

The one with the still video of the crying figure is me singing "Lila's Theme" a capella from the animated movie 'Snoopy Come Home' originally performed by folk singer Shelby Flint. I sang it the day my oldest daughter went off to college which is probably the saddest I've ever been in my life.

Thanks, Druss. As for requests, it really depends on if I feel comfortable with the song. I like to know it like the back of my hand and feel like it's in my range (which has dropped considerably with age) before attempting it so I can try and do it justice.

I also like hearing others sing songs that I am unable to sing myself, such as "I Love You More Today Than Yesterday" by The Spiral Staircase. It is quite out of my range, and I found a cool version of Bruno Mars doing some snippets of it that made my day. I'm trying to get a buddy with a higher range than me to sing it "for me" at our next karaoke night.
