Wet Scrap Metal Triggers Foundry Furnace Eruption
On November 27, 2019, a foundry worker put wet scrap metal into a furnace, triggering an eruption of molten metal. A forklift operator nearby maneuvered away as molten metal exploded around the area. The source does not state any casualties.
