Sludge Barge Strikes Disabled Duck Boat on Delaware River
On July 7, 2010, a 250-foot sludge barge struck and ran over a disabled Ride the Ducks sightseeing boat on the Delaware River in Philadelphia. Two Hungarian student tourists aboard the duck boat were killed.
