Russian Cargo Ship Crashes into Bridge in South Korea
A Russian cargo ship hits a road bridge in Busan, South Korea. The Korea coastguard said the 5,998-ton Seagrand hit the Gwangan bridge before turning around. No injuries were reported but the bridge was closed for safety checks. The captain had a blood alcohol content of 0.086%  when the legal limit is 0.03%. It is not clear if he was at the helm at the time.
