Runaway Diesel Fire at Lucas Oil Raceway Dyno
On May 4, 2019, a performance diesel truck experienced a runaway engine while on a dynamometer at Lucas Oil Raceway in Brownsburg, Indiana. The incident led to an explosion and a large fire. The truck was not destroyed. It was repaired and used in sled pulls the following day.
