Miami Residential Building Collapse, June 24, 2021
A residential building in Miami partially collapsed on June 24, 2021. Residents had reported shaking, thunder-like noises, and water filling the garage before the failure. At least one person was confirmed dead, and 99 people were reported missing or unaccounted for as of 3 p.m. Rescuers said they had made contact with people inside the rubble.
