Incorrectly Installed Part Causes Fatal Home Gas Explosion
An incorrectly installed part caused a gas leak at a home on Grove Street. Workers sent to investigate the leak were caught in an explosion. One person was killed and three others were injured. The house was destroyed, and debris was thrown into the surrounding area.  ·
