I-27 Overpass Collapses After Truck Strike in Tulia, Texas
An I-27 overpass collapsed in Tulia, Texas, on May 29, 2025, after it was struck by a tractor-trailer. Authorities had already closed the road beneath the bridge following the earlier impact. Part of the truck was left hanging from the damaged overpass when it collapsed.
