Huge Retaining Wall Collapses Burying an Excavator
Istanbul, Turkey. Video shows a huge retaining wall failing spectacularly after a metal piece broke off before the entire wall finally comes down. Authorities say the collapse was a result of heavy rains in the area and lousy engineering.
