An outdoor New Year's Eve gathering, plastic chairs set out under the street lights, is lit up by one enormous blast overhead when the stock of fireworks goes off together instead of firing in sequence.

People scatter between the chairs as the debris comes down. The account with the footage was that a spark reached the stored fireworks. The location and date were never identified and no casualty figures were reported with the clip.
