Oversized Scheveningen Bonfire Spreads Burning Debris
A bonfire in Scheveningen, Netherlands, reached 48 meters, despite a 35-meter height limit. When the wind picked up, burning particles spread from the fire. Firefighters sprayed nearby flats with water to prevent the debris from starting additional fires. The incident was considered dangerous.
