Whenever you switch the power back on after a repair, or a change has been made, you always look away... this is exactly why.

He may have lived but I'll bet he got a nasty flash-burn. Imagine walking around for two days feeling like you have a teaspoon of sand in each eye, I've been there... no fun, and the "floaters" caused by the burnt skin peeling off your retinas are forever.

Goodness had nothing to do with it, the cabinet was grounded and he wasn't, otherwise you would have seen that arc go in his eye and blow a hole out of his foot. Thank his safety gear.
