Ceiling Collapse in Recently Rented Student House
A ceiling collapsed in a student house shortly after the tenants moved in. It began leaking the previous night, and a bucket was placed beneath the drip while the landlord was notified. A plumber attended the next day and said the leak had been fixed. About two hours after leaving, a loud bang was heard, followed roughly 30 seconds later by the collapse of the remaining ceiling. The house was newly occupied by the students, not newly built.
