2017 Meerbusch-Osterath Train Collision Injured 50
In 2017, a passenger train rear-ended a slow-moving freight train at Meerbusch-Osterath, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. A traffic supervisor accidentally entered incorrect train numbers into the system and then overrode safety measures. Fifty people were injured.  ·
