Typhoon Tino Floods Central Philippines
On November 4, Typhoon Tino, international name Kalmaegi, battered the central Philippines with destructive winds and torrential rain. Homes were flattened, infrastructure was crippled, and hundreds of thousands of residents were forced to flee their communities.
