Storm Causes Ottawa Damage, 350,000 Outages
More than 350,000 people are without power after a powerful storm struck southern Ontario, Canada. Environment Canada said the storm hit the province on the afternoon of Saturday, May 21, bringing winds as high as 130 km/h and hail ranging from the size of a nickel to the size of a toonie. The storm caused major damage in Ottawa.
