Rainstorm Floods Streets in Dalian, Liaoning
On the morning of September 16, an exceptionally intense rainstorm hit Dalian, a port city in Liaoning Province in northeastern China. Parts of the city were paralyzed within hours. Streets turned into rivers, vehicles were submerged, and pedestrians struggled against strong currents. There were reports of people being swept away by floodwaters.
