The politicians cannot touch it, nor its decisions, nobody from outside can alter what they decide and apply. Not even the royals, not even the pope.

That third video somehow reminds me of a scene from the movie 2012, where they flew over Hawaii, wanting to refuel their big plane, but the were no longer a state, it was just lava everywhere. Climate Change is scary.
