Our National deficit is over 12 trillion. Many States are in a budget crisis and we still help. We could have given more, we could have given less. We gave more than any other country. China gave 1 million. |

And where is the queue of American physicians which are looking to go to Haiti and help set up temporary field hospitals free of charge? Where is the (any given state) National Guard? Why are they not present and helping to dig for survivors? When a tragedy like this goes down, it is not enough to do anything unless you do everything within your power to go assist. I'm trying to get a team of officers from my department together for us to go assist. |

You do realize that its not a big country right. I'm sure we sent all the people and dollars that can fit! It would be stupid to send over twenty thousand soldiers to a small country and be a bigger cluster fuck than it is. They have 1 fucking airport! Its mainly just one city that's in dire need
