As a result of the persistent rains in Cusco, Peru, the river Lucma overflowed dragging with it a huge amount of mud and rocks. Some vehicles were surprised by the flood as you can see in this clip. What a dumbass. |

The caterpillar was pulling the truck with a rope and it either broke or kept coming off the ripper blades.

He's probably scared of what will happen if their family losses their only vehicle. It's not like here in America where a normal person can just go buy several little trucks in one lifetime.
