Blizzard Paralyzes Manzhouli in Inner Mongolia
On March 11, a Mongolian cyclone continued to affect Inner Mongolia and northeastern China, bringing extreme winter weather. Manzhouli, in the Hulunbuir region, was hit by an intense blizzard, with wind gusts reaching levels 9 to 11. Heavy snow and strong winds reduced visibility to near zero. Streets were frozen, roofs collapsed, and cars were buried. The city's transportation network was paralyzed.
