Unexpectedly being sucked into a sewer and drowning has got to be one of the worst ways to die.

It's dying in terror and panic and helplessness, plunged into total darkness, gagging on the sludge and sewer water. And being aware of it all and in the pain of asphyxiation while conscious for that final horrific 30 seconds or more, flailing about helplessly, unable to scream.

Sad.
