Here is a mock-up of the actual flight path of the crashed flight compiled based on land marks viewed out the window of the interior video.

The jet was descending and starting its 2nd 90-degree turn to line up with the runway when it dropped out of the sky. This flight path supports speculation that nose-up and steep turning were contributing factors to the stall-spin.

Here are two stills of the wings from the streamed interior video.
First is 10sec into video. Flaps are at 15-degrees.
Second still is 44sec into the video. Flaps are at 30-degrees.
The spin rotation started around 51sec.
The impact was around 57sec.

Entirely speculation, but if the flaps were set at 30-deg earlier in the descent rather than 15-deg, the jet would have been lower and slower for landing, and avoided the need to nose-up so much in the latter stages of the descent when it was doing the steep turns.

Is that ground track is accurate it's a shitty traffic pattern with a base that is not 90° to the runway acquiring in more than 90° turn the final stall spin accidents on base to final turns are very common in small planes and always brought on by people flying too slow and trying to turn too tightly that's probably what happened here but what's surprising is that an airline crew did this. Although in Nepal in that part of the world is not that surprising.
