A Velocity, N2357, crashed near Andrews, North Carolina, on April 15, 2023. The amateur-built, single-engine aircraft was destroyed. The pilot was killed. The crash was caused by the pilot's failure to engage the turbocharger for takeoff and the improper decision to continue the takeoff with partial power instead of rejecting the takeoff.
